Fang Mingzhi

Experience: Secretary-General of Taiwan Public Analytical Chemists Association, Outstanding Practitioner Award of Taiwan Mass Spectrometry Association, Technologist of Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare.

Technology: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of functional components of health food, analysis and identification of extract components, analysis of harmful substances in food, analysis of final non-standard substances in food, food forgery and identification.

Chen Huihuang

Experience: Director of Taiwan Society of Food Science and Technology; Director of Taiwan Grain Industry Development Association; Excellent Teacher of Industry-University Cooperation at National Yilan University; Development of Kangxi Mouthwashing Tablets, 3-in-1 Hot-melt edible packaging film, Northeast corner seaweed gum food development.

Technology: biological nanotechnology, food safety management, food processing technology, new product development, electrostatic spinning technology.
